My initial sketches for a hachitsu character, Mesmiralda.

My initial sketches for a hachitsu character, Mesmiralda.

Was trying to figure out the ins and outs of the Hachitsu Kingdom. There are 5 kinds of areas; The rural area, the outskirts, the city, the upper class, and beneath the tree. Here are sketches of the rural area and the outskirts.

A map of Sasha and Quinn’s neighborhood! I made this a few months ago while figuring out how the city looks.

Here’s a big project I made for class! The assignment was to create a shadow box out of wood that utilized light and shadow. I decided to create Lacey’s bedroom; on the right we see her during the day, playing her ukulele and feel content. On the left it’s nighttime, and she’s crumpled up her sheet music and thrown it on the floor; she’s feeling depressed. The piece was meant to show how Lacey struggles with depression, and how the time of day affects her mood

This time it’s Diana’s family! Gertrude is their mother, and Claudio is their father. They have many, many kids from three litters. Diana is the oldest out of them all. Klaus, Ramon, Sammy, and Mira are from the first, Arthur, Joshua, Benson, and Ebony are from the second, and Naomi, Tapa, Wess, Peeko, and Henry are in the third.

“The Hero Never Stops Fighting”
This is my first piece for what I dub ‘The Hero’ series. This series of work is meant to explore different aspects of Mae’s character.
This piece is about how even after her journey’s end, Mae continues to fight with her trauma and mental health.

I got a new phone case, so I decided to decorate it!

Experiment with drawing blood in a new art style!
